We are kicking things off with an added Exhibitor Showcase during the Welcome Reception Monday evening and closing the meeting with a must-see NFL update on concussion research and management on Wednesday before we adjourn.

Get ready to hear from industry experts on infill and pad systems, synthetic turf systems design, landscape and recreation, testing innovations, adhesives, turf maintenance, and much more! Landscape architects can earn up to 5 hours of continuing education credits.

Please book your hotel rooms directly with the New Orleans Marriott, located at 555 Canal Street. This 4-star hotel is 41 stories tall, with commanding views of New Orleans and the Mississippi River. The earlier you book, the better the view!

The New Orleans Marriott is available for rooms booked between March 4-9. You should book your room early, but no later than Monday, February 15. After this date, rooms are on a 'space available' basis at the STC rate of $194/night.Your stay at our host hotel is important for the STC in future hotel locations and the amenities offered!

In addition to the Golf Event at Lakewood Golf Club, attendees will also have the choice of participating in our first-ever Texas Hold'em Poker Tournament at Harrah's Casino. Both events are from noon until 4:00 p.m. on Monday, March 7.

If you plan to participate in either event, please make plans to arrive on Sunday evening or early Monday morning. Transportation is provided to and from the golf course; and the casino is within walking distance from the hotel.
