Attention SUPRA ActiveKEY users - It's annual renewal time!

St. Louis REALTORS® members who use the SUPRA ActiveKEY (pictured here) will receive their 2018-2019 lease renewals via U.S. mail this month.

Important information ActiveKEY users need to know:

The total amount due for the 2018-2019 lease renewal is $229.25.
Lease year is July 1 – June 30. Renewals are due on July 1.
SUPRA performs the billing, not St. Louis REALTORS®. Watch for correspondence from United Technologies, SUPRA Systems parent company.
The ActiveKEY is a leased device which is considered personal property. The invoice includes sales and personal property tax, as required by Missouri law.
Optional insurance for the ActiveKEY is $25 and will be included in the correspondence as a separate invoice.
SUPRA billing specialists can be reached at 877-699-6787 from 7 a.m. - 9 p.m. seven days a week.
Billing information can also be accessed 24 hours a day, seven days a week by logging into SUPRAWeb here.

St. Louis REALTORS® Leadership Academy was created by REALTORS® for REALTORS®. The program offers participants fun learning experiences and collaborative workshops about public speaking, RPAC, association structure, business management and much more. St. Louis Contracts & Forms - Change effective July 1, 2018

Legal counsel feel revisions to Form 2089 - Amendment to Sales Contract are immediately necessary to mirror the language in Form 2090 - Residential Sale, as released in January 2018. The revisions clarify and help reduce error in completing the financial and closing provisions of the contract. For a red-line version of the changes, click here.

YPN 30 Under 30 Panel - Signature event was an amazing success!

On Thursday, June 14, 2018 St. Louis REALTORS® Young Professionals Network hosted their annual 30 under 30 Panel Discussion. Approximately 100 young in age, young in the business or young at heart REALTORS® and affiliate members gathered to hear from National Association of REALTORS® 30 under 30 Honorees.
