Landscaping on the Third Floor Roof Gardens Continues

The new Stanford Hospital will offer four acres of gardens, including five interconnected rooftop gardens on the third level of the building. This week, permanent roofing installation continues on the Level 3 gardens, as the decking and concrete walkways begin to take shape. These gardens will allow patients, families and staff a tranquil place to connect to the healing power of nature. All of the plants and trees found in the healing gardens are drought tolerant and sustainable.
