Come Create with Us!   SUMMER 2017

Local Schools are letting out for summer
 soon and ART on the Ranch (A.O.T.R.) will be offering our regular year round classes as well as offering Summer Classes. Our classes are mainly private lessons with small group lessons (4) by request.

This Summer You can Choose from:

Animals, Animals, Animals
- start by learning to draw your favorite animals, insects or other creatures, then move on to painting them (acrylics, watercolor & oil), collage, mixed media and even making an animal of a different color! We will be using pencil, color pencils, chalk pastels & pencils and markers as well.

 - Learn about famous artists past and present, their styles and techniques. Then you will use what you have learned to create your own works of art. Various mediums and techniques will be used, including but not limited to: Painting, Drawing, Markers, Charcoal and Pastels

Cultural Art
 - Learn about Art from Around the Globe - you will be taught about the culture and how art was/is used and then make your own art. Included are: Aboriginal Dot Painting, Japanese Ink Painting, Native American Art and more.

- ages 8 and up -   learn how to cut tiles and create your own works of ar t on wood.  ages 5-7 - will use stones, shells, buttons and found objects to create their mosaics. 

Special Project 
Glass Painting, 
Creative Art Lettering, Print Making, Rock Painting, , Art Doodling, Batik and a wide range of Creative Crafts. There will be painting, drawing and crafting galore!

Recycled Art 
- in this class you will be using items you might normally throw away to create beautiful and useful items.*
Torn Paper Collage, Bead Making and more...
*in this class you may be asked to bring in a recycled item to use at times such as glass jar, paper roll etc.

Classes are by appointment - limited space is available and on a first come basis. All classes are made so each age level has an appropriate project.
