GOJI LEMON TEA


This energy boost lasts the whole day unlike the temporary buzz received from coffee. It is packed with antioxidants and vitamin C. This tea also aids in digestion!

SERVES: 1    PREP TIME: 2 Minutes   COOK TIME: 5 Minutes

INGREDIENTS

1 Cup Hot Water, 1 Tbsp Goji Berries, Juice from 1 Lemon, 1/2 Tspn Coconut Nectar or Sweetener of Your Choice (No Artificial)

PREPARATION

1. Add all ingredients into a coffee mug and let them sit for few minutes.

2. Drink the tea and eat the goji berries at the end. They will be delightfully soft.

SWEET RED SMOOTHIE


Provides energy, immune-boosters, lowers blood pressure, and aids in hair and skin health! This smoothie is also abundant in antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties.

SERVES: 1    PREP TIME: 5 Minutes   COOK TIME: 0 Minutes

INGREDIENTS

1 Carrot, 1 Beet with Stems, Bunch of Celery, 1 Cucumber (Persian Cucumbers preferred), 1 Apple (Green or Red), Ginger Root, 2-3 Inches of Turmeric Root, 2-3 cups of water as needed.

PREPARATION

1. Add all ingredients to high speed blender.

2. Add water & blend for a few minutes. Drink immediately.
