SEPTEMBER SCHEDULE CHANGES!

Our hot new schedule starts in September! Take a close look! We've added another Vinyasa class on Monday nights at 8:15pm and all of our 6:30am classes on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays are now 75-minutes in length, enabling more of you in the workforce to join our current crew of dedicated, early morning yogis!

Note:

~ Vinyasa on Mondays begins Sept.14th at 8:15pm. This is a 1-hour class.

~ 75-minute 6:30am classes begin Wednesday, Sept. 2nd.
