SWI QuickPicks Portfolio Hits All-Time High
Increases by 21.8% in One Month
Up by 35.8% Since Inception

Los Angeles, Calif., August 8, 2016. The S&P closed an an all-time high on Friday. So did we! While in our last release, I cautioned that our QuickPicks portfolio thrives to generate solid, but never claims outrageous gains, last month we did exactly that, or at least close enough. We increased the QuickPicks Portfolio value by 21.8% in one month to a total of 35.8% since inception.

SWI Outperforms S&P by a wide Margin
We stay away from unrealistic claims, that is not who we are. Instead, we encourage you to closely track our performance in both, our SWI QuickPicks and our SWI Portfolio. While the S&P reached a historic high on Friday, both our SWI portfolios still outperformed the S&P by a wide margin. We make tracking our performance easy enough for you, releasing our performance reports frequently; we have done so over the last two years. Judge for yourself if it is worthwhile following us.

Strong Gain in One Month
SWI's significant performance improvement over the last month has been driven by the fact that one of our long-time picks, Standard Pacific Corp has been acquired by CatAtlantic Group and is now trading as (CAA), and Dothill Systems Corp (Hill) has been acquired by Seagate. We have not considered the Dothill acquisition for the increase in the portfolio value and we have dropped Merge Healthcare (MRGE) from the QuickPicks.

We consider these events a testament to our solid research, analysis and  commitment to our long-term strategy. We have no doubt that you will reap the benefits of solidly researched stocks eventually. The only thing you have to decide for yourself is, if you want to be a "Trader" or an "Investor".

No Unsubstantiated Claims - Only Solid Research
As a reminder, our QuickPicks portfolio reflects the consolidated opinions of several respected third party analysts, combined with our own analysis. We do not hold positions in any of these stocks. In contrast, the stocks in our SWI Portfolio have been hand-picked by us. We have applied a more personal and intense due diligence regiment and are holding long positions in every stock in the portfolio. Both, the SWI Portfolio and the SWI QuickPicks consistently perform significantly better than the S&P over the same period of time and  better than most managed top portfolios by leading investment firms.
