Saba Mubarak
is one of the few Arab stars whose repertoire includes a number of successful works throughout the Arab world and internationally. From the Gulf, the Levant, Egypt and the Maghreb, Saba has won many titles and awards that reflect her ability to present the issues and conditions of Arab women with contemporary and historical variations in more than 60 works between cinema, TV and theater.
Mubarak
studied Fine Arts at the Yarmouk University in Jordan, followed by studies in theatre and directing.
Saba
's debut was in the Jordanian play Al Sarkha (1996) and the TV drama
Qamar W Sahar (1998)
, which marks her start point for stardom. In 2003, Saba had her first cinematic role in the Jordanian film in Travel of the Wings, followed by Out of Service,
Mamlakat Al Naml
(
The Kingdom of Ants
) and the award-winning film Transit Cities. In 2007, Saba Mubarak has received the International Emmy Award for her role in Al-Ijtiyaah TV drama. Saba has achieved a great success in the historical TV drama
Balqees (2009), produced by
Dubai TV
.
In 2010, Saba started her stardom in Egypt through the film
Bentein Min Masr that portrayed the untold
Egyptian girls' problems. After that, she turned to drama, featuring in Sharbat Louz,
Mouga Harra
(
Heatwave
), Asia, and Khlaf Allah, in addition to two season of Hekayat Banat which is produced by MBC and witnessed a huge success in many Arab countries. In Ramadan 2016, Saba played the role of Dorria in director Mohammed Yassin's TV drama Afrah Al Qobba (Wedding Song), a role which received critical and audience acclaim.
On the international level, Saba starred in the Swedish action/thriller films Agent Hamilton: But Not If It Concerns Your Daughter and Hamilton: I Nationens Intresse, alongside star Mikael Persbrandt in 2012.
In 2011,

has launched her new Jordanian production company Pan East Media with an objective to create a genuine audio-visual content, while revolutionizing the media scene in the Arab World to add a new perspective to the region. The company's debut production is the Turkish Jordanian film The Guest: Aleppo-Istanbul.
