Rincon Consultants is hosting an art exhibit at its Sacramento offices on J and 48th streets. We seek artworks that feature the effects of the built environment on people, including how they flourish or feel pain. Most encouraged are works that both aesthetically celebrate the built environment and raise questions about its effects in specific situations.
