Tropical Ice Safaris

A special departure of

OUT IN THE BLUE

Out In The Blue

A private cultural and wildlife experience in the stunning Northern Frontier...

Join Iain Allan on a walking safari in northern Kenya, across the remote Ndoto Mountains.

This region is some 100 miles north of Samburu Game Reserve, there are few roads, and all walking has to be done with a camel train carrying the camps and food. The walk offers spectacular landscape, and cultural involvement with the Samburu and primitive Rendille tribes. The bush, mountains and people of northern Kenya have changed little in the last hundred years, and our one-week trek across this range and its surrounding bush country will prove this.

We have bookended the walk with a visit to world-class game reserves: Buffalo Springs in the north and Maasai Mara in the south.
