Crime Update

We recently reported in our  newsletter  several cases being followed by our Court Advocacy program, including the Willie Doles   case . On Wednesday, June 21, 2017, Doles pled guilty to 7 Class X offenses and was sentenced to 23 years, and has been in custody since his arrest in June 2015. Doles had robbed several stores in Lincoln Park and elsewhere, and had a prior record.

We will continue to fight crime collectively and invite you to join your neighbors in the effort.  If you are interested in being a Court Advocate, please contact Alyssa at  alyssa@ward43.org  to sign up.

Stay safe,
