if it is giving, then give generously; if it is to lead, do it diligently; if it is to show mercy, do it cheerfully."

Dear Saint Jeanne's Families,
One of our favorite relatively new traditions at Saint Jeanne's is our Grandparent Mass. Last Friday, we had such of an amazing turnout. In fact it was so great, that we ran out of seating in our beautiful 700 seat Performing Arts Theater! One of the highlights this year, was the announcement about our expansion plans into the high school. Our little ones passed out special prayers with little mustard seeds, as a symbol of nurturing the growth into the high school. We were excited to see the coverage of the event in Sunday's Press Enterprise Local News Section.
It was another successful "Colors of Compassion" Week with sales of colored ribbons, free dress donations and toy donations. Our final numbers are currently being calculated, but over $1300 will be donated to Children's Hospital in Los Angeles for Cancer Research. Thank you to Emma Storkersen for her commitment, dedication and hard work! Thank you Saint Jeanne's students for extending a hand!
Please be sure to mark your calendars for our Saint Jeanne de Lestonnac Catholic High School Informational Presentation this Wednesday, October 19th at 6:00 pm in the Performing Arts Theater! The curricular program has so many unique components which will be exclusive to Saint Jeanne's. Come and find out what our program has to offer! Invite your interested friends/neighbors too!
As always, thank you parents for your positive spirit and joy-filled support! We have lots to celebrate! More news soon!
