Dear Saint Jeanne's Families,
As mentioned previously throughout these past few years, we have been exceptionally focused with an abundance of hard work, effort, and energy exerted to our school-wide improvement process for our re-accreditation through
WCEA (Western Catholic
Education Association) and WASC (Western Association of Schools and Colleges).
This in-depth study has challenged us to celebrate our many accomplishments, as well as recognize and address the areas of needed improvement as we continue the mission of providing a quality Catholic Education for our students. We are ready for our
official three day visitation
in February. We are quite sure that the team will see that our school is continually progressing and improving each year. P
lease take a look at what we have been able to accomplish in these
past six years since our last visit!
Click here - Since our Last Accreditation
Clearly, we have accomplished so much and have every reason to be proud of our school! Please take a moment to look at what we've done!
We are looking forward to the days ahead as we celebrate Catholic Schools Week.
"Catholic Schools: Communities of Faith, Knowledge and Service" is the theme for Catholic Schools Week 2017, the annual celebration of the high quality, faith based education the Nation's Catholic schools provide. "T
he theme encompasses several concepts that are at the heart of a Catholic education. First, schools are communities-small families in their own right, but also members of the larger community of home, church, city and nation. Faith, knowledge and service are three measures by which any Catholic school can and should be judged.
" We know that there is so much more to life than earning good grades. We must also grow in our love of God, and follow His commandments as we serve others in His name. Saint Jeanne's celebration begins January 28th with our Family Mass and Italian - themed dinner and Nun Run scheduled for Sunday, January 29th! The week will conclude with our Annual Talent Show which highlights our talented students!
Please see the schedule listed above, on the side bar and the attachment below for more information!
