SO, for those of you that didn't read the last email...our building was sold and we cannot renew our lease.  Our present lease is up as of April and we have entirely TOO much stuff to move it all and not enough time.  It has been a long road of finding good stuff and buying it at the time because if you don't you won't get it! That is how I pick and how most of it gets in the shop.  

I can assure you, we are not quitting, going out of business, closing up shop or any of those other nasty rumors floating around about me. Simply put, we are paring down on our inventory so we don't have to move it all! We will ride again, just not sure what that looks like. It is to your benefit.

For those of you that knew this was coming here are the details...

Starting at 10 AM, Wednesday, March 8th, we will swing open the door of the shop (yes, the shop at 5784 S. Rapp Street)  and start the first of two whoppers of a sale. We have removed items that are going with us, and filled it up with goodies from the storage at the other end of the building.  Everything will be discounted 40% off the marked price. Tons of VINTAGE items available- from soup bowls to nuts trays and everything in between including furniture!  This part of the sale will go from March 8th to the 12th 10 AM to 4 PM daily.  If we get completely stripped out we will add items to fill the holes, so you might want to make more than one trip during that 5 days.  

We will accept cash and cards only - no checks - sorry, got burned recently.  Everything is as it sits, could be dusty, dirty, crusty...not my typical style except when I am out picking, but GOOD stuff.  Bring your bags or boxes. All sales are final - no refunds or store credit. Bring your helpers in case you buy tons, or they buy tons or just that one big ol' piece you just have to have! 

Lastly, PLEASE be patient with us and others... we will get you through the line as fast as we can, but it might take a bit. I know parking could really stink, but please be careful where you park. I don't want to have you come out to where your car was supposed to be and it not be there! Also, Littleton does have the parking police and he likes to hand out tickets so watch the signs.  You can park in my lot, the spaces labeled Mason & Assoc., or the lot behind the Old Mill building as well as on street parking. 

I know, I know...I didn't tell ya when the GRAND DADDY of a sale is yet.  The dates for part DEUX are March 22nd to March 26th, 10 AM to 4 PM daily. We will have the same set up except different stuff - tons of it coming out of the other end of the building! So mark your calendars. I will send a reminder.

At the end of that sale we will need to be hurrying around to get ready for THE VINTAGE WHITES show held at the Stock Show Complex March 31st and April 1st.  We have been packing for it as we go along and there are some pretty wonderful little gems going to that show!
