FISH FOR GRILLING: We recommend thicker cuts of fish, such as tuna, halibut, marlin, salmon or swordfish. Ask us what's good for grilling we'll make recommendations.
TOPPINGS, SALADS & SIDES: We always have a good selection of freshly made salads - potato, broccoli, cous cous, rice pilaf and more. We also have fresh pesto and a variety of salsa to top your grilled fish - ask us for ideas.      In late June we catered a fun event for a family in Wilmette - a combined 40th and 5th birthday party, father and son. Another father and son duo, Burhop's Chef Jaime and his son Jonny, cooked up kebabs, lobster tails, sweet corn and more for a happy crowd of many ages. According to the hostess:
