Salt Lake Chamber_ 38-15-1 Legislative Updates Week 1
Week 1 Updates: January 23-27, 2017
Dear Business Community,

As the 2017 General Legislative session begins, it is critical that the voice of business be heard as lawmakers consider the passage of critical legislation impacting our economy and quality of life. In Utah, at least 38 votes in the House, 15 votes in the Senate, and 1 signature from the Governor is required for legislation to be passed. Because the support of our membership is crucial to advancing the Chamber's policy priorities, we will send you weekly "38-15-1" updates featuring highlights from the 2017 legislative session, Chamber Priority Votes, bills worth watching and ways to take action.

We look forward to your participation this session.
