Hot but Not Bothered:
A Yogic Approach to Menopause
with Hillary Easom
Thursday, March 1st from 6 to 9 PM
This workshop combines lecture, gentle asana practice and pranayama to help women of all ages better understand perimenopause and menopause.
We will examine physiological and emotional changes that often occur during this life transition.
In addition, we'll explore ways to support ourselves to prevent and reduce potential challenges.

Tea and Sound Healing
with Cecelia Lau & Devin Begley
Friday, March 9 from 8 to 9:30 PM

Tea invites our minds to still and hearts to soften. We will enjoy three infusions of an exquisite tea together in candlelight and Noble Silence, before beginning our sound journey guided by Devin.
Combining breath work, sounding, Tibetan bowls, tuning forks and a gong bath, Devin will guide us towards increased inner awareness, physical and emotional release and sublime relaxation.
