San Diego Moves

San Diego County tends to be a transient community and moving is common place. The high military and college student populations, as well as the economy are significant factors to our migrating community. PropertyADVANTAGE understands this and works with our tenants to provide a smooth move out transition, if and when the time comes to move.

If you find you need to move, please submit a written notice to vacate 30 days prior to the date you would like to vacate. We provide an easy form to fill out on our web-site. Tenants who are on a month to month lease term may submit notice to vacate at any time. While tenants on a set lease term must submit a notice to vacate 30 days prior to the end of the lease term, if they intent to vacate at the end of the lease.

During the 30 days prior to your move out we will be marketing and showing the property. PropertyADVANTAGE recognizes that moving is a stressful time; however our job is to have the property re-rented as quickly as possible. To do so the property must be shown to prospective tenants. Your property managers will make every effort to work with you to determine the best time to show the property.  

While we would love to see all of our tenants stay for years and years, we know that is not always possible. If and when you decide to vacate, please take a look at our available rentals. Maybe you will find a property that fits your future needs.
