Yoga has been a major part of my life for the past three years. After realizing the positive impact I received from regular yoga practice, I decided to become a yoga instructor. The benefits of yoga have helped me break through my emotional and physical restraints, making me stronger and more confident on and off the mat. I feel more in tune with myself and the aura and energy that surrounds myself and my classes. I completed my 200 hour vinyasa training through CorePower Yoga in August of 2016.

I'm thrilled to return to The Fire Within Yoga. I lead classes at this studio last year and am looking forward to reconnecting with familiar faces, and meeting so many new ones. I also teach at the Monticello Community Center. My classes consist of a combination of challenges, playfulness, and consistency to help deepen your practice. I enjoy taking others classes from a variety of instructors and know I can’t be a good teacher if I am not first and foremost a student. I want to make sure my classes are always unique in helping you grow, learn, and challenge in your practice. I hope to help each of my fellow yogis grow in their life spiritually, and create inner balance.

When I am not practicing yoga I enjoy making others laugh, trying new foods and traveling. I love spending time with my husband and our two little ones.

Join me Tuesdays at 5:15 for Mindful Movement and at 6:15 for Power Vinyasa Yoga. I'm excited to be back at The Fire Within Yoga and look forward to seeing you on the mat!
