Free Cardiac Screening available
Hypertrophic cardiomyopathy is the leading cause of high school related deaths that can affect both male and female athletes alike.
UCI is offering free echocardiogram heart exams at the Edison High School Annual Athletic Physicals on May 5th from 10-2 in the gym. The echocardiograms are optional but do require
all 3 of the attached release forms to be filled out by both parent and athletes.
Female athletes should wear a sports bra if they wish to be screened.
