Connections for the Homeless proudly welcomes Dr. James O'Connell,
as the keynote speaker at our
annual luncheon and panel discussion.
Dr. O'Connell is the President and Founding Physician of the Boston Health Care for the Homeless Program, which serves over 13,000 homeless persons each year in two hospital-based clinics and in more than 60 shelters and outreach sites in Boston.
His first book, Stories from the Shadows: Reflections of a Street Doctor, was published in 2015 and featured on NPR's Fresh Air with Terry Gross.
