Qualified as a Medical Scientist, BSc (Biomedical) Grad Dip Medical Laboratory Science, Karen has worked in the pathology industry in Australia and the United Kingdom, including core pathology as well as specialized clinical testing, clinical instrumentation and enterprise laboratory systems.

Goolam Vajeth has 38 years of experience working as an analytical chemist and in laboratory automation. Goolam's analytical chemistry experience include roles in pharmaceutical, chemical research and agricultural chemistry industries. Goolam has qualifications in applied chemistry from Swinburne University and a Master of Business Information Systems from Monash University. Goolam has spent the past 20+ years specialising in laboratory informatics and enterprise laboratory systems.

Andrew Maxwell has 12 years of experience in regulated laboratories and laboratory informatics. After managing sample reception in a commercial laboratory Andrew spent the past 10+ years working with quality systems with a focus on laboratory informatics at a highly technical level.
