Students and Families Pack Coliseum to Meet Private College Representatives
The Greensboro Coliseum Special Events Center served as host to the Say Yes Private College Forum and Reception Tuesday, September 13. A packed house of over 3,000 students and their families met with admissions representatives from 43 members of the
Say Yes Higher Education Compact – a contingent of 100-plus private colleges from across North Carolina and the nation that offer “last dollar” tuition scholarships in partnership with Say Yes.
Students also heard from new Guilford County Schools Superintendent Sharon Contreras and sat in on admissions and financial aid panel presentations featuring guests from partner schools including Yale, Davidson, Duke and Notre Dame.
