A Note From the Principal:
'Tis the season to be tired! As I am sure you all are experiencing in your homes right now, here at school we also feel the need to rest and refocus. It is my prayer, as it is from many others here, that you and your family have a restful and blessed Advent. Let us go against the flow and try hard to slow down and not multi-task. In this season of hurried-ness take time to seek His face and reconnect with our Savior. We are so blessed in our country with abundance, but that is also what contributes to our distractions. As it says in the newsletter below, "It is our hope and prayer that you truly enjoy your time together, remembering, and rejoicing for the birth of our Savior!" 'Tis the season to Rejoice in God our Savior!" ~ Mrs. Pingleton

Gift Card Fundraiser: Please get your orders in by tomorrow! You should have received a flyer regarding our holiday fundraiser. We are selling gift cards through Scrip, an organization that will donate a percentage of every gift card purchase back to BCS. This is very simple, aligns well with holiday spending, and costs you nothing extra. Please plan to use gift cards for your upcoming spending and gifts.  Order at www.shopwithscrip.com , Enrollment Code: BDBL3E7612715, and bring a check to the school by November 29 .  Send questions to: bcsparents@bookcliffbaptist.org

Students Invited to Sing:   Bookcliff Baptist Church has invited our students to sing at their Sunday worship service on December 3 rd at 10:00am. This is a wonderful tradition that the children enjoy and that greatly blesses a congregation who supports our school in so many ways throughout the year. We would love to see everyone there worshiping together!

Christmas Program: The students and staff have been working hard to prepare for the upcoming Christmas Program, December 15 th, at 6:30pm. Thank you for all of your contributions to make it possible! The event is free and will include light snacks and refreshments. PTF will be collecting donations to be given to our teachers as a love offering for Christmas. Please consider what you might give to bless our teachers who do so much for our children. Program details will be coming home soon or you may contact whitney@bookcliffbaptist.org

Class Parties : Our classes will be celebrating Christmas together the morning of December 20 th, before the 11:30 dismissal. Teachers will be sending out class party details soon.
