Where Did Your Reading Take You?
Congratulations to our Reader Leaders, the eighth grade class!  They read their way to first place in the eighth grade division of the National Lutheran Schools AR Challenge.  Other classes did very well, also.  The seventh grade placed seventh, the fifth grade placed 10th, and the fourth grade ended in eighth place.  Shepherd of the Hills placed eighth out of the 55 schools in the Challenge.  Awesome reading, students!

Teacher and Staff Appreciation Lunch
PTL's biggest event of the year is just around the corner and we need your help. Every year PTL provides a special lunch for all of our hard working teachers and the office staff. We are looking for K-Eighth  grade parents to help monitor classes while the teachers are at lunch. We will need two parents for each grade to keep in compliance with our Safe Guarding guidelines.  This lunch is scheduled for Monday, April 3,  from 11:30 am-1:00 pm. K-Third  grades will be at lunch and recess until 12:30 pm so there will be a half hour of time that they can do an activity, watch a movie, or play a game. Fourth-Eighth  graders go to lunch at 11:50 and are outside until 12:45. I can help with details once we get our volunteers in place. Thank you so much for your support with this! Please contact Adrienne Olsen if you are able to serve our teachers in this way.
