The Raft-O-Ree
September 16th-18th at TMR

Boy Scouts are invited to camp out for the weekend and head down the Delaware River.
Awards for best themed raft, best troop mascot, best rafting outfits, most patriotic raft and more!

Stamp Collecting Merit Badge
    
The Stamp Collecting Merit Badge will be offered at two sessions at this year's World Stamp Show at the Javitz Convention Center.  The first session is Monday, May 30th from 10am-4pm and the second session is Saturday, June 4th from 9am-3pm .  Registration is limited each session, so sign up now!  The cost is $20, and Scouts should arrive in Class A uniform, bring a bag lunch, and will need to bring a Merit Badge Blue Card filled out and signed by their Scoutmaster.  Be Prepared! (The prerequisites are on the registration page) .

Borough Day Camps

I n addition to Pouch Day Camp in Staten Island, GNYC has partnered with The Bronx Zoo, The Central Park Zoo, Prospect Park Zoo, and St. Johns University to offer a week long summer camp program to Cubs and their siblings
in all five boroughs.

     This summer, GNYC's NYLT course is moving to Alpine Scout Camp, where the participants will be able to take advantage of facilities more suited to the course curriculum to get a better leadership training experience.  We are also providing
two different options for the course:   July 10-16 OR July 17-23.  That way Scouts can still join their Troop at summer camp.
The National Jamboree
