Join us for our great night of Scouting at Westlake Hills Presbyterian Church (7127 Bee Caves Road). Fellowship begins at 6:45 PM; our program starts at 7:00 PM sharp, and ends by 8:00 PM.

Discussion: find out what Webelos who are crossing over to Boy Scouts have in store for them - we're asking Boy Scout Troops to share their plans for new Scouts and how they start them on the Boy Scout trail.

Camporee: it's time to get ready for Boy Scout Camporee. Be sure to send your Troop representative to find out all the plans, get ready to register and more.
Camporee 2018
April 6 to 8 at Pace Bend Park

Camporee 2018 is being planned by the Order of the Arrow's Bee Cave Chapter. Get your troop ready to compete in basic Scout skills, and to spend the weekend enjoying all the outdoor and water activities the wonderful and nearby Pace Bend Park has to offer. Check-in opens the evening of Friday, April 6, and we'll wrap it all up on Sunday morning when the top 4 patrols face off in a head-to-head challenge to see who will claim the honor of this year's theme, "King of the Camp!" Cub-O-Ree
April 20-22 at Smilin' V Scout Ranch

Cub-O-Ree, a full weekend of adventure for Cub Scouts and their leaders, is April 20-22 at Smilin' V Scout Ranch. Come showcase your Pack's best games and activities. Prizes for best activity and a cook-off competition are planned. Get more information and register.
NRA Range Safety Officer Training
Saturday, March 10, 2018 @ Fickett Center

If you want to take your troop or crew shooting, you must have an NRA Range Safety Officer present at the range, in addition to an NRA Instructor. This 9 hour course consists of Range Safety Officer's roles and responsibilities, range standard operating procedures, range inspection and range rules, firearm stoppages and malfunctions, and Range Safety Briefings which include emergency procedures. You must be 21 years old to take this course.
