Seasoned Chefs Dinner Celebrates Chef Alan's 10th Anniversary at Evans Street!
This fall, we're celebrating Chef Alan's 10 year anniversary with us at Evans Street. What a milestone -- We're so grateful to have him as a partner and leading our kitchen!
What better way to celebrate than with good friends who also happen to be some of the most talented chefs in our great state? The Seasoned Chefs returning to Evans Street for another phenomenal dinner on 10/22.
The evening will begin at 6 p.m. with passed hors d'oeuvres and bubbly followed by an all-star, six-course menu. Each chef will prepare a course paired perfectly with a fine wine selection. Shane Nicholson, certified sommelier and sales manager of Eagle Eye Imports, has thoughtfully paired wines with hors d'oeuvres and each course, and will be a dynamic host for the evening.
This will undoubtedly prove to be an unforgettable evening with exceptional food and drink, and great camaraderie for these talented chefs who have a history working together in the industry. The cost of the dinner is $95 per guest, with tax and gratuity additional. Reservations are required as space is limited, and are now being accepted. Menu TBA.
