SMR Group of Companies an international executive search firm whose global practice is focused exclusively on professional and executive level security positions. We are seeking candidates in behalf of our client for the following opportunity:

SUMMARY

This position directly supervises personnel, develops security strategy to protect our client's personnel and assets, and oversees all operational activities in the field including investigations, site security coordination and is a primary advisor and subject matter expert for Workplace Violence Management.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for identification, development, implementation and management of Corporate Security's enterprise-wide strategies, programs and relevant budgets regarding asset protection services.
• Directs management of security coordinators and regional security at corporate and in the field.
• Provides direction to workplace violence threat assessment, including violence toward self, others and acts of terrorism.
• Manages ongoing risk assessment program.
• Serves as the Incident Commander as may be required and provides briefings to company officers and executive management.
• Manages resources and budget levels to meet strategic objectives and operational needs.

COMPETENCIES / ABILITITIES

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Minimum ten years of professional law enforcement experience and experience within corporate security operations.
• Prefer utility industry related work experience.
• Prefer local candidates.
