I'm so glad to partner with Yoga Master, Donna Decoster, to provide Flexibility and Range of Motion training for golfers. Every Saturday morning, 8:45 to 10:00 , Donna will be at the teaching range, at Cross Creek. It will help you better execute the swing fundamentals needed to increase consistency and power in you golf swing. Training is exclusively for members of our instruction membership program; and is complementary .

Even though I stretch aggressively every day, after only two short sessions with Donna, my own flexibility is greatly improved.
