Buckhorn's new Intrepid 48" x 40" specialty bulk box is the perfect addition to our extensive offering for the food and distribution markets.  It is designed for a variety of applications including meat, poultry, liquid, semi-liquid, powder and granular products. 

Constructed of FDA approved material, Intrepid is reusable and 100% recyclable.  It offers a smooth interior and exterior for easy cleaning.  No more worrying about the splinters, nails and dust associated with corrugated boxes and wood pallets! 

 

Intrepid can be used for temporary storage, work in process, incoming ingredients, shipments among plants and shipments to customers.  Its heavy duty design can handle loads up to 2,500 lbs.  The container's non-sequential folding panels assemble and collapse in seconds.  Intrepid is stackable with or without lids, and it offers a 3.3:1 return ratio.  Up to 240 containers fit in a 53' trailer.

Buckhorn Expands Offering with New CenterFlow Base and Lid

The reusable CenterFlow Container from Buckhorn is the most efficient, versatile container available to transport and dispense seed, granular/pelletized material and small manufacturing components.  Buckhorn has expanded this line by making a new base and lid for smaller batch size applications like mixing/blending, work in process, research and development and other specialty processes.  Similar to the original 57" x 45" x 65" box, the new base holds up to 2,500 lbs. and stacks four high.  It comes equipped with two document pouches, and the accompanying structural foam lid replicates that of the existing CenterFlow lid.  It has six security tie holes and works with most standardized equipment.

We are now offering a Kanban style cardholder for our BN3230 industry standard bulk boxes.  The new cardholder accommodates 4" x 6" or 4" x 8.75" cards/labels.  It simply snaps into place and can be applied to recessed areas of the boxes.  No hardware is required for installation or removal.

Buckhorn's BN3230 industry standard bulk box is stocked in black and is available in 25" and 34" heights.  The container can be ordered with or without drop-doors.  It offers a non-sequential fold, improved decoration options, a replaceable runner that snaps into place, reduced collapse height for a better return ratio and competitive pricing.  For more information, visit www.buckhorninc.com.
