Kay’s Eggs Benedict always begin with fresh local near-organic free-range eggs, our local ham comes from heritage breed pigs at Brown Boar Farm, just over the mountain, while wisps of fresh morning-cut chives from our garden exquisitely finishes the plate...

Granola and Organic Yogurt Parfait 

Our homemade granola is a delicious combination of ingredients. Our seasonal berries generally come from local farms all within 8-10 miles from the inn. We only serve Stonyfield organic plain whole milk yogurt until we find a local producer. A hint of Maple syrup from Tinmouth Mountain Farm is added to the yogurt for sweetness and completes this breakfast favorite.
