Improvements Along Monaco Parkway

If you've traveled Monaco Parkway near Boulevard One lately, you may have noticed a bit of housekeeping underway on the east side. The fence is gone on Monaco from Bayaud Street to Lowry Boulevard in order to install the overhead utilities underground. A new 12-foot-wide right-of-way will then be spruced up with a five-foot-wide sidewalk, shaded by 12 trees and dotted with bushes and native landscaping. Look for the same set of improvements - underground utilities, sidewalk and greenery - to happen north of Lowry Boulevard to First Avenue in 2017.

Infinity Home Collection Gains MAME Award
