'A soul foundation' - Superstar Katy Perry talks Hoffman in Vogue
Internationally renowned singer-songwriter Katy Perry did the Hoffman Process in January. In an exclusive interview with  Australian Vogue   this August, cover star Katy shares her thoughts on touring, relationships and creativity, as well as talking openly about her Hoffman experience;

'For years, my friends would go and come back completely rejuvenated, and I wanted to go, too. I was ready to let go of anything that was holding me back from being my ultimate self.
I recommend it to everyone, my good friends and other artists who are looking for a breakthrough. There are a lot of people who are self-medicating through validation in audiences, through substances, through continually running away from their realities – denial, withdrawal. I did that for a long, long time too... The biggest lie that we’ve ever been sold is that we as artists have to stay in pain to create.’

'Seeking sanctuary' with Roger Tempest of Broughton Hall Estate
When Roger Tempest did the Hoffman Process, he finally came to terms with his father’s death and integrated years of conditioning to find his own inner sanctuary. Now Roger wants to offer a place of peace and safety in the outer world too, with the launch of well-being centre   Avalon   in the grounds of his family home,  Broughton Hall.

'The course led me to explore new corners of life and the physical world. It opened up my heart and mind to a whole range of new experiences and gave me a framework for life which continues to serve me well. Hoffman made me realise that self-care and personal development in fact benefits everyone in my life, whether family or friends or the community I live in.
Hoffman also taught me that creating transformative experiences needs the right environment and tools delivered in an exceptionally well thought-out manner for the full potential of healing and change to occur – and personal responsibility is at the heart of it.'

Paavo Siljamäki:  Above and Beyond  DJ reaches out
Electronic three-piece  Above and Beyond  is one of the highest-profile electronic acts in the world. But the outward appearance of success can be deceptive, as DJ Paavo Siljamäki described earlier this month. Paavo did the Hoffman Process in the UK earlier this year, and in a post on Above and Beyond's  Facebook page  he wrote an open letter, encouraging people with anxiety, depression and suicidal thoughts to reach out and get help.

'I am incredibly grateful for finding help through the Hoffman Process... In today's social media world, we are all bombarded by displays of the positive, strong, fun, successful side of life. At the same time, many of us, at times, feel lonely, lost and helpless. Sharing our stories won't bring back loved ones we already lost, but may inspire others out there to open up about their own struggles. The mere act of talking about your struggle helps you overcome your demons, and hearing other people's stories helps you realise that we all have a dark side and feel lonely and lost from time to time.'

We thank Paavo for agreeing to share his story with us.

The day works as a stand-alone workshop in its own right, and if you sign up for a Process in the next twelve months, we'll refund your Introduction Day fee.

Date:  Saturday 6 October 9.00am-5.00pm
