Here is our weekly recap for the week of May 29th!

Upcoming Events:  

Practice Will Take Place Today and Tomorrow!
Practice will resume as normal both today and tomorrow for teams.  We hope to see you all their for our last practice of the year!

Select tryouts will be held on June 5th & 6th for current U11 and Under Players and June 12th & 13th for current U12 and Up Players at Carlson Field in Hingham.  For more information including times, check out our website by clicking on the above link!  Returning players do not need to register for tryouts, but should plan on attending.  Feel free to pass the information along about our tryouts to any families who may be interested in the program.

Memorial Day Weekend Tournaments 
May 27th-29th

We are so proud of every team that played this weekend in our Memorial Day Tournaments! Not only did we have great success on the field, but we had an awesome time off the field with our teammates and coaches.  



Here are some of our Champions from the weekend:

  • Our U9s went undefeated this weekend at the event!  
  • The U13 APs went 4-0 this weekend and clenched the tournament title.
  • The U14 APs didn't give up a goal the whole weekend and scored 17 goals on their way to winning the Championship.
  • The U15 Elites were Tournament Champions this weekend with an overall record of 4-0.  
  • The U16 APs did not give up a goal all weekend and scored a total of 18 goals, winning the Championship against Rochester in the finals. 
  • The U16 Elites were Tournament Champions this weekend!

Here are some of our Finalists and Semi Finalists from the weekend:
  • The U11 Elites were finalists this weekend going 3-1-1. 
  • The U11 Pre Elites were Semi Finalists going 1-2-1 overall.  
  • The U12 APs made it to the Finals in the U13 bracket losing 2-1 in the final to a top Aztecs team. 
  • The U12 Elite White team made it to the Semi Finals going 2-2 this weekend. 
  • The U12 Elite Blue team made it to the Finals going 3-1-1 this weekend. 
  • The U12 Pre Elite team made it to the finals with a record of 4-1.  
  • The U14 Elite White team made it to the finals going 3-1-1. 
  • The U17 APs lost in the finals after a solid 3 games.
Thank you again to all our parents and family members who show their support day in and day out for their  kids  and their teammates.   We appreciate your  positive  energy on the sidelines and your  commitment  to the club. We are so grateful for all of you and loved spending time with you this Memorial Day Weekend.

Lauren DiTullio Selected  for 
Mass ODP Tournament Team

Congratulations to Lauren DiTullio who was selected to play for the Massachusetts U15 ODP team at the  Region 1 ODP "Rider" Tournament in New Castle, Delaware  June 9th-11th .  

Led by coaches David Boloz and Rocco Bellebuono,  the U15 Massachusetts team will be  competing against 17 other teams from VA, NY, PA, CT, ME, NJ, NH, VT, and W VA. After the preliminary games, the teams with the best records will be back to Delaware competing in the semi-finals and finals  June 24th-25th .


One on One with Alison Foley 

This year at the 4th Annual Golf Tournament, one of our auction items was a one on one private training with our very own Alison 
Foley .  Alison is the Head Coach  of the Boston College Women's Soccer Team and our Senior  Director  of Coaching at South  Shore Select. 

What a great opportunity  to learn some skills from the best of the best!  We encourage all our parents to come to the Golf Tournament  next  year as you have the chance to win awesome  items such as this and to spend time with your favorite  coaches!

Boys Website Launched!

We are very excited that the boys Select Website is now up and running! Check out the website and share with your friends and family who have boys interested in Select!



Lost and Found: 

As a friendly reminder, please check the bench area and fields before leaving practice and games to ensure that nothing has been left behind!

Stop by the Sports Center to see if any of your lost items has made its way to the Lost and Found.
