Thank You to Our Departing Board Members
Steve Boice and Frank Schuchat are departing the Think 360 Arts Board of Directors after six years of loyal service to the organization.

The staff and board are extremely grateful for the expertise, dedication and passion of both Steve and Frank. They have helped Think 360 Arts grow throughout the past six years, and their support of the arts, arts education and the organization is invaluable.

We wish them both all the best and know they will continue to support the work we do.

Practices In Arts Integration is a day-long professional development class based on our highly successful summer course, the Institute for Creative Teaching.

CAP Grant Applications Due October 2

The Colorado Arts Partnership Grants (CAP Grants) are fun ded by Think  3 60 Arts, Colorado  Creative Industries, and the National Endowment for the Arts. CAP Grants support innovation and creativity in Colorado schools.

CAP Grants provide Colorado public schools the exclusive opportunity to apply for funding that supplements and supports arts instruction for students during the school day. CAP Grants fund projects that demonstrate strong collaboration among community arts partners and teachers in order to provide arts instruction to students.

The new grant cycle is currently open. The deadline to submit applications is 5:00 pm on Friday, October 2, 2015.

Come enjoy delicious, exotic sausages, a drink or two, and create some art on the tables at  Wurstküche on Thursday, October 8 from 5pm - close.  15% of sales will be donated to Think 360 Arts.

The art created on the tables that evening will then be displayed at the Think 360 Arts office.

Patxi's Pizza - November 4

On Wednesday, November 4 Patxi's Pizza Uptown will donate 10% of the entire day's sales to Think 360 Arts! This includes dine-in, carry out and delivery orders. So, plan a happy hour with your colleagues, a dinner with friends, or even order a half-baked pizza for another day.

Colorado Creative Industries and Colorado Artists are conducting a survey to understand the critical issues facing individual artists who use the visual arts as a mode of creative expression.

Marie Gibbons is  so excited to be a part of the exhibition "FIRED * IRON, CERAMICS AND GLASS"  at the Arvada Center for the Arts and Humanities.  The show is free and open to the public and runs through November 15.

(Rooshana) will be teaching a four week theatre workshop series at Koelbel Library for teens on Wednesdays starting October 14 from 7:00-8:30 pm. Each class will explore improv, monologues, and dialogue with emphasis on voice, gesture, costuming or writing. 
 
 
Mare Trevathan  is  in rehearsal as the Harbinger in the new play FAITH by James McLindon, opening at the Dairy Center for the Arts in Boulder on November 21.

Bob Campagna  is moving into a new professional level darkroom at Artworks Loveland . He is preparing to teach black and white film photography to middle school students in the Thompson School District. He is also printing a series of portraits of the Meskwaki Settlement and Taos Pueblo people to exhibit in November at Artworks.

Jennifer Ghormley's work will be on display at the  528.0 Regional Juried Printmaking Exhibition at
RedLine through September 27. She will be leading several workshops at the Art Students League in September and October, including   Mixed Media Monoprints  from 1-4 pm on October 2,9,16, and 23.

Rosemerry Wahtola Trommer will be presenting a free session titled, Finding the Poetry in Your Life at the Mesa County Public Library, on October 5 at 6 pm in Grand Junction.
