Volunteer_ Volunteers Needed for Festival Road Closure Setup
Thursday, September 14, 2pm-4pm, Uncle U's Parking Lot

Now is the time to help! We will be distributing road closure equipment on Thursday, September 14 at 2pm starting at the Uncle U's parking lot for approximately 1-2 hours. Please consider volunteering to help as this is an important step towards the setup for the Art & Wine Festival. Wear comfortable shoes! Election Petition ~ Board of Directors ~ 2018
Due Friday, September 15 by 1pm

Those interested in filing as a candidate for the Lafayette Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors can review and apply using the attached petition. Please note that:
  • Board meetings are held monthly on the second Monday at noon.  Board members are expected to attend and pay a yearly charge of approximately $330 for their lunch meetings at the Lafayette Park Hotel & Spa.
  • The planning retreat will be held at a location and date to be determined (most likely early November, 2017). If you are elected, you must be available to attend this planning retreat. Each Board member is required to serve on a standing committee, attend regular committee meetings and help with the work of the committee.

The Lafayette Chamber would like to congratulate Kathryn Lyddan on receiving the Lifetime Achievement Award. The awards will be presented at The 9th Annual  Contra Costa Leadership in Sustainability Awards Gala: an inspiring evening of hope and celebration, supporting the local sustainability movement on September 20 from 6-9pm at the Hilton Concord.
