The Beach Church
Pastoral Relations Committee
Its goal is to support and maintain an open
and healthy relationship between the pastor
and members of the congregation.
The committee serves in two ways:
as an advisory group to the pastor and
as support for the pastor's leadership.
The group includes four members and meets at least once a quarter.
Members include the Senior Deacon, Gordon Paulus;
the Moderator, Sheila Speirs; at-large members,
Chrissy Cook, and Bill Griffith
A Pastoral Relations Committee was part of the Beach Church
in the past and the focus of the group is to enhance
the effective of the church's mission.
