This summer, God has been speaking to me about our understanding of His kingdom through the book of Revelation. If you missed the series I have been sharing on Wednesday evenings, I would encourage you to go to the audio, or video, section of our website to experience the word. How important it is for us to move past our natural tendencies and walk in the victory God has prepared for us. He is looking for a people that will hold on, and be steadfast, to see the fullness of His promises. Be challenged in the Spirit to push harder----and to believe for "the more" of Him!

| Lay a Solid Foundation |
 One of the most important aspects of our Christian walk is laying a solid foundation in the Word. At Mt. Zion, we are diligent about partnering with parents to properly equip their teenagers. This September, our Pre-Understanding God, Understanding God, and Applying Your Faith courses begin. The Understanding God class will answer questions about God, solidify your teen's faith and lay the foundation necessary for a healthy, vibrant, and growing Christian life. As a pre-cursor to Understanding God, Pre-Understanding God outlines the major principles behind the stories in the Bible and how those principles apply to them while learning to become accountable to the good and bad consequences of their choices. Applying Your Faith is a course designed for 8th graders who have completed the Understanding God course. Its practical application is a perfect compliment to your teenagers burgeoning walk with Jesus. Classes begin on September 7. For specifics and more information, click here.
Additionally, we are diligent about partnering with you to facilitate your growth in foundational Christian principles and in helping you find a home at our church. A brand-new six-week session of Foundations begins on Sunday, September 7 at 9:00AM & 6:00PM in room 501 at the main church. | Family Time Returns September 19th! |
Beginning Friday, September 19, Family Time at the WCA is back! One of the greatest blessings you can give to your family is recreational time together. At Mt. Zion, we're providing you with a fun, very affordable evening, held on the first and third Friday of each month at the Waterford Christian Association. Your family will enjoy Toddler Town, Kidz Planet, inflatable rides, basketball, and more!
Even more so, Family Time is a great way to connect as a family unit. This autumn, we encourage you to strengthen the foundation of your family on even greater level and connect with the church as a whole. Family Time is designed for parents and their children up to 14 years of age and takes place from 6:30-9:30PM. For attending Mt.
