UPCOMING EVENTS AROUND DES MOINES

DE PARIS A DES MOINES
| AUGUST 20 - OCTOBER 2
De Paris à Des Moines suggests the diversity of artistic production in early 20th century Paris as reflected in the collection of Carl and Edith Weeks of Des Moines. The Weekses acquired a significant number of paintings and other artworks during the 1920s as they built Salisbury House, and focused substantial resources on artists who lived and worked in Paris during this time.

This exhibit will feature specific works within the Salisbury House collection. A preview of the exhibit will be held during Gatsby Gala on August 20. Afterwards, it will be accessible as part of regular paid tours. To learn more about The Garage, click here.
