McManis Family Vineyard Pinot Grigio
Light straw in color the 2015 Pinot Grigio from McManis Family Vineyards is a nose full of citrus scents. Lemon, Lime and Grapefruit are all present. While the wine is crisp, there is a noticeable weight to it. The flavors anticipated by the olfactory senses are abundantly delivered. The finish has a hint of mineral character.

Pine Ridge RAW Honey

Their bees harvest nectar from the native vegetation which is mostly prairie, forests, with a small dab of hayland. The honey produced is 100% natural raw and unfiltered. Pina Colada Shrimp with Pineapple Chipotle Dipping Sauce

For the dipping sauce:

  • Emulsify all ingredients together, and chill
For the shrimp:
  • Put Robust EVOO in a heavy bottom pan or fryer pan and heat to 375.  
  • Mix together all ingredients except for corn starch and shrimp, and whisk until smooth.  
  • Coat shrimp with corn starch and dip shrimp in batter until completely coated.  
  • Fry in oil for 3-5 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve Pina Colada Shrimp with dipping sauce, and enjoy!

This cow cheese is a mild, creamy Monterey Jack cheese with intense flavors. Perfect for topping hamburgers or serving as an entre!

White Wine Margaritas
Prep Time-5 min
Total Time-5 min

  • 1 bottle McMannis Pinot Grigio
  • 1 (12 ounce) can limeade concentrate
  • water
  • 2 cups orange juice
  • 1/2 cup (or more if you're feisty) good quality tequila
  • Citron Cyprus Lemon Flake sea salt, lime, and orange slices as garnish
  1. In a large pitcher, combine the wine, limeade, orange juice, and tequila. Fill the empty limeade can with water twice and mix into the pitcher. Stir to combine.
  2. Take a lime wedge and wet the rim of each glass. Dip into sea salt to coat. Fill each glass with ice and pour White Wine Margaritas over ice. Garnish with lime or orange slices.
  3. Enjoy!

Sun Dried Tomato Stuffed Olives
Jumbo California Green Olives hand stuffed with sun dried tomatoes. Enjoy a Bloody Mary garnished with a sun dried tomato stuffed olive. It really kicks up a good Bloody Mary to a great Bloody Mary!

Lemon Pepper Fettuccini
Lemon juice, lemon peel, black and cayenne pepper. Tart, with some bite. Demanded by many restaurants because of its versatility.

Great for chicken or seafood dishes, and excellent in cold pasta salads. To spice it up a bit, add some butter, a little lemon juice, and some garlic and pepper. 

Chicken or Shrimp Pasta
1 Pkg VS Rossi pasta Lemon Pepper Fettuccini
1 lb Diced Chicken or Shrimp
½ Cup Pine Nuts
1 Cup Chopped Basil
¼ Cup VS Parmesan
¼ Cup Chopped Parsley
1 Cup Artichoke Hearts
½ Cup VS U Stuff It Olives or VS Sun-Dried Tomato stuffed Olives
¼ Cup Sun-Dried Tomatoes (Or Purchase VS Sun-Dried Tomato stuffed Olives to replace U Stuff It Olives and Sun-Dried Tomatoes)
To make the pesto in a food processor combine: pine nuts, basil, Parmesan, parsley, and olive oil. Puree until mixture forms smooth pesto. In a sauté pan, cook chicken or shrimp until done. Add artichokes, olives, and sun-dried tomatoes. Cook for 1-2 minutes. Add pesto from food processor. Heat thoroughly. Toss well with warm pasta. *Parsley Garlic Fettuccini or Spinach Basil Garlic Fettuccini
