Lockport City Court
Lockport City Court recently decided to upgrade their courtroom auditorium seating. They traded their traditional wooden auditorium chairs for Mercury seating by Sedia Systems in Shire Frontier upholstery.  The chairs feature molded foam cushions with integrated springs, allowing for remarkable comfort.

Buffalo Office Interiors Inc. is pleased to announce that Madelena McCauley has joined the company to focus on business development and foster growth opportunities. With a background in Interior Design, she will bring the company to a new level of sales and marketing objectives with her specialized knowledge and expertise.

Maddie will be providing support for our sales team as she learns the intricacies of the furniture market. The role will take advantage of her design skills in assessing client needs to provide and implement high quality solutions. Maddie will be focused on cultivating new and long-standing relationship with our clients, providing them with exceptional service.

What's the perfect breakfast and dessert snack? Muffins of course! They're even more delicious with streusel swirl and topping! Whip up these delectable crowd pleasers to share with your co-workers.

STREUSEL
  • 1/2 cup packed dark or light brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup pecans or walnuts, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
MUFFINS
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened to room temperature
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup packed light or dark brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs, room temperature preferred

Our Project Coordinator Amanda finds cooking is not only a fantastic skill to possess but is also a great way to relax after work and it allows her to release some creativity! Try some of her tips to make the cooking process more enjoyable and less intimidating. 
 
1. All about that prep- Prepping is the most time consuming part of cooking. Try prepping the night or morning before in order to cook quicker and reduce the amount of stress involved.
