The 2016 Community & Youth
Project Judging is Complete

MCB Judging & Awards Completed for 2016
Each year MCB Communities have an opportunity to submit projects they have completed for judging in our Annual MCB Community Awards & Judging.  Communities are judged on what they are able to accomplish with the resources they have available. In order to compete in the MCB Community Awards and Judging and to be eligible for other awards through the MCB program, communities and neighborhoods must submit a Project Report for each project they are submitting.  Each community can submit up to 5 community projects and 2 youth projects annually.
Communities who participate in the judging are allotted an opportunity to share their accomplishments while providing valuable information for others.  Communities are divided into categories according to population and two judges visit each community for approximately two hours.
The winners in each category and the Grand Prize Community & Youth winners are announced at the Annual MCB Fall Banquet.  visit our website for additional information or contact Teresa Keller

Become a Friend of MCB
For over 53 years Missouri Community Betterment has been dedicated to helping communities in Missouri make their community a better place to live. The value of projects carried out by the MCB communities between 2008-2016 has been $425,754,269.

During these years an integral part of the success of MCB can be directly attributed to the donations received from the "Friends of MCB". They see first-hand the technical support MCB has been able to provide in their communities to help with planning, project selection and recognition of communities.

No organization like MCB can survive without the support of donors like the "Friends of MCB". Please consider investing in MCB as a "Friend" to help continue to carry out this vital and worthwhile work.

Your investment will help MCB with its purpose to provide opportunities for communities to learn from each other, celebrate the volunteer spirit, while they are working to improve the quality of life in their community through community development, planning and implementation.
