Fall schedule begins!

With the start of fall we will return to our full schedule of classes which include the Monday night Beginner Yoga Class at 7:30 with Cassie and Friday Yoga Lab at 9:30am with Andrea.  See full descriptions and information on our   website.

Trainees continue teaching this month!

Come out and support out RYT200 Trainees as they teach their first group classes at Sangha Center.  They will be teaching some of the Community classes and Beginner Yoga classes in August and September.

Outdoor Yoga Classes

These classes will be held at the park on the corner of Beaver Street and River Road. Please bring a mat and any props that you might need.  Suggested donation of $10.

Please check the online schedule prior to arrival for any necessary weather cancellations. No rain dates.

Restorative Yoga

This class is for all levels and all abilities.  We will incorporate gentle stretches and movements with restorative postures.  This quiet and calming class will help you support your parasympathetic nervous system.  This can help you build immunity and energy - and it just feels good!

Yoga : On and Off the Mat

This 6 month training begins in October and is the prerequisite to the RYT200 Training. You will learn the history and philosophy of yoga as well as the styles and postures that make up a hatha yoga practice. 

This class will not teach you to be a yoga teacher on it's own, but it will deepen your personal practice.

David Lesondak, BCSI, ATSI, FFT, LMT will teach us the about fascia and the fascial lines (using the Anatomy Trains model). David will then address your individual postural patterns and asymmetries to help deepen your yoga practice. David recently published his first book, "FASCIA What it is and why it matters," through Handspring Publishing.

Reiki Level 1 Training

Reiki (ray-key) is a healing technique that aids the body in releasing stress and tension by creating deep relaxation.  The Reiki system of healing is a technique for transmitting this subtle energy to yourself and others through the hands into the human energy system.
Enjoy an day of personal and spiritual growth and learn a healing modality that will change your life!  This class is based on the teachings of Dr. Mikao Usui.  You will leave this class with the ability to perform Reiki on yourself and others with confidence and trust!!!  

Friday, Dec 07 2018 From: 6:00 PM - 8:30 PM
Sangha Center is honored and humbled to host Raghunath for a Maha Sadhana - great practice.  This exciting 2 1/2 hours will include advanced asana and sequencing, chanting, pranayama, and practical yoga philosophy.
