Spring Break, Spring Cleaning, Spring...Fraud?
  
While the hints of spring have us retiring the ice scraper, planning our spring vacation, and clearing out the winter cobwebs, fraudsters aren't taking a break from trying to clean out member checking accounts!
  
With vacations on the rise, have you developed a plan for any potential compromised cards?
 
SettleMINT is ready to assist. 
First, receive your relevant potential fraud information from your vendor. Contact the SettleMINT team and let us know you're interested. We'll take your Excel file of cards, and take care of the ordering new cards, and closing the old, providing you with detailed reports along the way.
 
To help alleviate the potential for fraud, SettleMINT also recommends a periodic review of your plastics database. Do you have a lot of old plastics still attached to members? Let SettleMINT help combat a stale database by purging old cards or BINs!

The FraudNet Corner:
   
From December 1st to March 31st, Fiserv FraudNet caught potential fraud totaling $1,516,345.38!
  
Out of that, a whopping $185,375.81 was stopped as actual fraud.
  
Way to go!
