Sexual Harassment Training for Small Businesses
For Business Owners and Supervisors | November 20

With the topic of sexual harassment in the forefront of the news, businesses should immediately consider conducting training sessions with their supervisors to clarify what is prohibited in the workplace.  As small business owners, it is extremely important that you and your supervising employees know how to effectively respond to and manage sexual harassment concerns. During this session,
  • small business owners will learn their obligations as an employer, and 
  • supervisors will understand their role in responding to and managing employee concerns.
