• In the 1850s, Shadelands was the first large-scale commercial fruit farm in Co Co County. The 1903 Hiram Penniman house is now home to the Walnut Creek Historical Society.


NEW BUS SCHEDULES!
The free Shadelands County Connection #7 bus runs between Pleasant Hill BART and Shadelands during morning and afternoon commute hours, and new schedules are here. If you've got the mini-bus, give us a call and we'll get new schedules to you. If you don't have your own bus, let us know--we've got one waiting for you.

THE KOLL COMPANY
 Walnut Creek Executive Park has announced 177,000 sq. ft. of leasing activity, bringing the occupancy of the 27-acre campus to 91%. Of the 21 new tenants, 19 came from outside Shadelands. Read the whole story here .
