Are you looking to take your workouts to the next level in order to get ready for the summer?? Check out the bootcamp class schedule below at Firicano's Boxing & Fitness Center where we deliver fat blasting workouts designed to get your body ready for the beach this summer!
BOXING BOOTCAMP:
This is not a cardio kickboxing class - this is a boxing bootcamp (no contact). Through the techniques of a boxer, you will be given a highly intense, fat burning full body workout in a 60min class. Classes are led by Mike Firicano and Julie Costa - half the class will combine technique, bag work/drills and focus mitts with Mike and the other half of the class will consist of strength and conditioning with Julie. These classes are challenging, fun and highly effective!
*an intro class is required before joining the regular bootcamp class in order to learn proper boxing techniques - please contact Mike or Julie to schedule
BODY SHOP BOOTCAMP:
A 60min class focused on giving your body the tune up it needs for the summer! In each class, Julie incorporates strength training, cardio drills, plyometric & explosive exercises, core work, agility and balance & coordination. Be prepared to challenge yourself and sweat in this fun group setting while you work on burning fat and building strength, power, endurance and flexibility.
