I want to wish all my Canadian friends a very happy Thanksgiving. Take a moment to express to the people you see this weekend what they mean to you and why you are grateful. Gratitude is the highest vibration of positivity for your health, your relationships and your overall happiness. Here is a gratitude prayer I wrote and share with you all.
Blessings & love,
Dear Great Spirit, God & the Universe:
In my busyness, I sometimes forget to stop and give thanks for all the blessings in my life.
I am truly fortunate to experience abundance, health and the love from so many friends
and family members.
I am grateful for the simple joys of laughter, for the ability to love and be loved, for the opportunity to witness everyday miracles.
I give thanks to the bounty of mother earth, for the harvest, the animals and the marvellous wonders of the natural world.
I am grateful for a mind that thinks, a body that moves and a heart that feels.
I am thankful that I do work that I love and that I bring value to people.
I am grateful for the valleys, the dark nights of the soul, and the uncertainty that sometimes burdens my heart. It means that I'm alive and that I've allowed life's betrayals to teach my heart wisdom and patience.
I am grateful for the Light of a new day and the infinite possibilities waiting to be born. Thank you for allowing me to witness random acts of kindness in a sometimes dark and hurried world. It gives me hope and allows me to see the Divinity in every human being.
Thank you Gracious God for absolutely everything,
for my life, for this food and for this breath.
