Save the Date: Family Technology Forum
Interested in how technology could support your family member? Families will have an opportunity to join next month's technology forum to ask questions, discuss ideas, and hear the latest news about assistive technology and remote supports.

DODD and the Ohio Developmental Disabilities Council are hosting the forum Friday, Oct. 20, from 1 to 4:30 PM at the Delaware County Board.

All families are welcome to attend, regardless if they currently use remote supports.
Upcoming FAC: Planning for the Future
The next Family Advisory Council meets to discuss "Planning for the Future" on Wednesday, Oct 25.

Join us as we discuss guardianship, supported decision making, and the tools that help organize a person's plan.
This Fall: Quarterly State Community of Practice Meeting
Our national partners will join us at the next quarterly meeting of the Ohio Community of Practice (CoP) on Thursday, Nov. 16, at the Delaware County Board of Developmental Disabilities.

If you are new to the LifeCourse framework, OCALICON is hosting a Charting the Lifecourse workshop all about it Friday, Nov. 17.
New #FamilyTalk: The One Page Profile
The next DODD #FamilyTalk is set for Friday, Oct. 6. Family Liaison Kim Weimer will be joined by Barb Sapharas to talk about Charting the LifeCourse framework and tools.
